Is this just for franchised dealerships, or independents too?

Both. Leni works for any Canadian dealership processing trade-ins with active liens — independent used-car lots, franchised stores, and multi-rooftop groups. The product is the same for all of them; only the pricing tier scales with your volume.

How does the CARFAX Canada partnership work?

Leni is an official CARFAX Canada partner. Your dealership keeps its existing CARFAX Canada subscription — Leni surfaces lien check ordering and full Vehicle History Reports inside every trade-in record so your team doesn't need to switch tabs, log in twice, or copy-paste VINs.

Lien checks and Vehicle History Reports are billed by CARFAX Canada to your dealership account, same as today. Leni just makes ordering and tracking them faster.

Will my price go up?

Not for you. The launch pricing you see today locks in for the lifetime of your account — as long as it stays active. We will raise prices as we add features, but existing accounts keep their original rate.

The longer you wait, the more likely you'll be onboarding at a higher rate. New sign-ups get the rate on offer at the time they sign up.

Will Leni work with my existing DMS (Reynolds, CDK, Tekion, DealerSocket, PBS)?

Yes. Leni layers on top of your DMS — we don't replace it. Your team continues to use your DMS for sales, F&I, parts, and service. Leni handles the lien-discharge workflow that DMS systems don't address.

Some DMS integrations (Reynolds, CDK) offer two-way data sync to keep trade-in records in sync. Available on Growth plan and above.

How long does setup take?

About 20 minutes to add your dealership info, invite your team, and enter your first trade-in. By the next morning your finance manager will be using it.

Founding customers get personal onboarding from the founder — we'll walk you through setup with your real trade-ins on a 15-minute call.

What if Leni doesn't work for us?

We offer a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Try it on real trade-ins. If it's not saving you time, walk away with no charges.

If you sign up and it stops working for you later, you can cancel any month. Your data is exportable to CSV at any time.

Is my dealership's data secure?

Yes. Your data is isolated to your dealership — no other customer can see it. We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database storage, and CSRF protection on every action.

For multi-rooftop groups, individual store managers see only their store; group GMs see the full portfolio. Role-based access is built-in.

Does Leni work on mobile?

Yes — fully. Same login, mobile-optimized interface. No native app required.
